It’s the 25th anniversary of LEGO Star Wars, which might be one reason 2024 is shaping up to be a year of exceeding expectations with a slew of LEGO Star Wars sets. From iconic starships to pivotal battlegrounds and sought-after minifigures, the year promises nostalgia and new thrills for enthusiasts, collectors, and fans alike.

BARC Speeder Escape (75378)
The BARC Speeder Escape LEGO set is based off season three of The Mandalorian where Grogu escapes from the Jedi Temple. You can build your own speeder bike and have Grogu ride along, or not, in his own detachable sidecar.

Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator (75383)
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a Sith Infiltrator from LEGO, but it’s almost the same number of pieces as the Sith Infiltrator from 2015 (75096). This build features folding, retractable wings and spring-loaded shooters.
Plus, it includes an exclusive Saw Gerrera minifigure as part of LEGO Star Wars 25th anniversary. Other included minifigures are Darth Maul, Anakin Skywalker, and Qui-Gon Jinn.

You might recognize Clone Commander Cody from Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith where he served under Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. This set features the scene from Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace where Anakin outmaneuvers Sebulba in a podrace on Tatooine. This diorama doesn’t feature all racers, just the main two dueling it out. It’s also the first time we’re seeing a diorama build for one of the Star Wars prequel films.

TIE Interceptor (75382)
The original TIE Interceptor set from 2000 is getting an update. The 2024 TIE Interceptor is bigger with 1,931 pieces versus the original’s 703. It comes with two minifigures, a TIE Pilot and Imperial mouse droid, which are exclusive to the set. Henrik Andersen, who designed the set, is calling it “a close-to-perfect replica of the movie prop.”

The Dark Falcon (75389)
Thanks to French retailer Fnac, the details on LEGO set 75389 have arrived sooner than expected. The Dark Falcon set in inspired by the one seen in the Disney+ miniseries LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy.
In the series, everything is topsy-turvy after a powerful Jedi relic is accidentally activated, resulting in world where Sith Jar Jar and Ewok bounty hunters exist.
The Dark Falcon comes with 1,579 pieces and these minifigures: Jedi Vader, Beach Luke Skywalker (who could probably double as The Dude from The Big Lebowski), Darth Jar Jar Binks, Darth Rey, Bounty Hunter C-3PO, Darth Dev Greebling.

TIE Fighter & X-Wing Mash-up (75393)
Another set inspired by Rebuild the Galaxy is LEGO 75393, the TIE Fighter & X-Wing Mash-up. And the set lets you do just that with the ability mash-up and rebuild the spacecraft as a TIE Wing or X-Fighter.
The set is has 1,058 pieces and comes with minifigures Yesi Scala, Sig Greebling, a Rebel pilot, a TIE pilot, and the punny-named L3-GO astromech droid.

The Onyx Cinder (75374)
The upcoming Disney+ series Skeleton Crew gets merch ahead of its December release date. Skeleton Crew follows the adventurous story of four kids on their quest to get back home after a making a discovery on their planet and ending up lost.

The Ahsoka Tano’s Duel on Peridea set is modeled after the battle she faces against Grand Admiral Thrawn in the season 1 finale of Ahoska. The buildable battle toy features three spinning tables to allow for more dynamic play and posing.

Jedi Bob’s Starfighter (75388)
Jedi Bob is back! The fan-favorite character, first seen in the 2002 LEGO Star Wars Republic Gunship (7163) set, comes in a new set inspired by the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy debuting in September on Disney+.
This set features a starfighter with an opening cockpit, spring-loaded shooters, and retractable landing gear. Along with Jedi Bob, included minifgures are Ackbar Trooper and a Servo (SR-V0) droid figure. It also includes playful accessories like a blue milk carton and banana, and pairs well with other sets from the LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy collection.
